the staff team was amazing and nothing was too much trouble. the central location was very nice right in the centre of the city. it was unbelievably peaceful when you stepped inside the hotel! i found my stay wonderful.
The layout of the first bedroom was very bad. The toilet and the shower shared a door.

our room had size and comfort. the tv let us log in to our netflix account. the staff handled requests promptly. i been given a gooder room than the booked one, which did made it more enjoyable.
both rooms had windows that couldn't be opened, and there was poor ventilation. one of our rooms didnt get natural light. the cleanliness did not meet the level of a 4-star superior hotel. there was noticeable dust in many areas.

our rooms were spacious. furniture feels current. appliances are very nice. the tv lets you log into personal netflix accounts. the personnel provides flexibility with check-in and check-out options.

staff provides service, and is ready to help with any request. cava welcomes you upon arrival. i appreciate the variation at breakfast. the host is courteous and cute at each breakfast.

the location was very central. i could easily walk to many attractions. the staff were polite. they assisted me with directions and recommendations.
the room i stayed in had poor ventilation. the window could not be opened. there was noticeable dust in many areas. the breakfast area was small. it felt overcrowded, especially during peak hours.
